Data Deletion Requests

RPI Checkin app (volunteers)

The RPI Checkin app doesn't create accounts. When you sign in to work a race, the only personal data stored is the display name you enter, kept on a temporary check-in session record and on check-in actions you performed (so the race director can see who checked each participant in).

To have your name removed, email matthew@competitivetiming.com with the race name and the display name you used. We'll delete or anonymize those records within 30 days and confirm by reply.

regPlanit accounts and registrations

For deletion of a regPlanit account or your registration data, email the same address from the email on your account. Note that some records must be retained where required for financial reporting (e.g. payment records for completed transactions) or by law; anything not subject to a retention requirement is deleted.
